Job Description
2nd shift - 2:30 to 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently.
- Provide clients with detailed explanations of HVAC issues and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
- Universal EPA certification.
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician (2+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment.
