Customer Care Service Representative (CSR):
At CEHAS, we are a start-up TPA dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. That's why we are looking to hire customer care specialists to ensure that every interaction with our company exceeds our customers' expectations. In the beginning, you will assist in a variety of departments until we grow. Once we get off the ground running, the customer care specialist will serve as a bridge between our customers' needs and our services, striving to not just meet but exceed their expectations. We are seeking candidates who are committed to going the extra mile for our customers, leaving no stone unturned in solving their challenges and making them feel valued.
Objectives of this role
· Assist with creating processes and documents
· Topic research on our products
· Various data entry tasks
· Drive a seamless customer experience that creates positive sentiment for our company
· Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and provide informative support and tailored recommendations to customers
· Collaborate with our customer-success and product teams to drive constant improvement
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
· Maintain accurate entry of patient demographic/medical data into our system
· This is a start-up position so you will wear many hats
Responsibilities
· Manage customer conversations across all our support channels (in-house, online, and via phone)
· Answer member, patient, and provider inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team to ensure rapid support
· Answering phones / Text Message/Email communication with providers and Patients.
· Proactively take steps to enhance our member’s and provider experience
· Provides patient education to set patient expectations.
· Share relevant customer feedback to help us improve our services
· Evaluate our customer support processes, devise improvements, measure results, and iterate
· Report on key customer service metrics and identify noteworthy trends
· Collects patient and/or clinic data from various sources, as needed
· Verifies patient insurance eligibility and verification.
· Provide various clerical and administrative support services.
Required skills and qualifications
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Friendly and empathetic demeanor
· Exceptional problem-solving ability, backed by good judgment
· Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications
· Proficiency with Microsoft office and Google products
· Knowledge of medical terminology/and or working with medical claims preferred.
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to respond to customer questions
· Ability to collaborate across departments and teams
Preferred skills and qualifications
· Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably handling customer service, care, or success
· Proven track record of delighting customers and exceeding their expectations
· Proficiency with our customer service software
· Excellent attention to detail
· Bilingual a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
