HVAC/R Technician Responsibilities:
- Office is located in North Eastern Mass, but almost all work is in and around Boston.
- Will be dispatched from home, and eventually be given a company vehicle after probationary period
- Diagnosing, Servicing, repairing, and maintaining Commercial HVAC Systems, and Commercial Refrigeration Systems
- Check layout of existing heat devices and air conditioning units to plan work procedures.
- Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures.
- Service machinery by cleaning, lubricating or replacing shafts, bearings, gears, pulleys and other parts.
- Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Responsible for in person customer service
HVAC/R Technician Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED
- 2+ years experience in HVAC/R maintenance & repairs required
- Commercial A/C Experience required
- EPA Universal Certification preferred
- Valid Driver's License and clean MVR required
- Troubleshoot, repair and installation experience preferred
- Experience installing and servicing cooking equipment highly preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
