Location: Phoenix, AZ

Salary: 100 - 150K Total Comp (Base + Commission)

What we are looking for:

5-10 + years of experience in the HVAC controls/building automation industry

Excels in a "farming" sales role, turning leads into opportunity – actively engaged in qualifying new project opportunities and building client relationships

Responsibility for complete sales cycle to include sourcing, proposal generation, bidding, closing, and follow-up for client satisfaction and retention

Technical expertise of controls systems; strong knowledge and prior experience in BAS field work, programming, and/or design

Effective communication skills as you interact with professionals of every level and clients to complete the project and overcome obstacles

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
