Core Responsibilities of the Contract Service Manager for HVAC
- Oversee a team of assistants to properly manage the day-to-day operations per client
- Meet with clients weekly for reports and updates
- Provides technical support to HVAC technicians
- Obtain manufacturer proposals or purchase HVAC materials as needed
- Ensure work order completion
- Quote new services
- Assigns vendors
- Dispatches technicians timely
- Ensures resolution to client issues
- Evaluates and reconciles invoices
- After hour/weekend availability for on call help

This position starts at $87,000/year.
