This full-time, lead position earns a competitive pay of $75,000-$100,000 per year, depending on qualifications. We are HVAC industry leaders and believe that hard work can also be fun.

HVAC MANAGER - COACH REQUIREMENTS
In this HVAC Manager - Coach position, we rely on you to help keep our service team profitable and successful as you plan, direct, and control its day-to-day functions. You effectively tap into your project management skills and investigate service projects to ensure accurate quotes. No matter how complex the job, you are sure to be thorough and precise when compiling quotes to make sure no detail goes unchecked. When needed, you are diplomatic when resolving customer issues and lead our team by example as they see you take pride in every aspect of your job. You are approachable, and always willing to answer questions to help ensure the success of everyone on your team. You also schedule training and education for your department.
In order to effectively lead your team, you help establish departmental objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards that align with company policy. You also maintain departmental performance by instituting standard reporting and accountability practices. In addition to being active in the field, you keep up on all your administrative duties including technician spiff reporting and signing off on service invoice batch file inspections. At the end of the day, you take great pride in knowing that you've facilitated quality and profitable jobs that result in complete client satisfaction!
