Requirements:
- At least 3 years of account management and/or sales experience.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and make best use of interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and business development experience a plus.
- A high-spirited, motivated individual with an action-orientated attitude.
- Strong sense of urgency and approach to complex situations with positivity.
- Serving as the face of the company this individual will excel at building professional relationships.
- Represent our company with the highest level of integrity.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to travel on short notice.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize time-management.
- Experience in customer service and/or sales.
- Willingness & desire to learn.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Your job is to meet with prospects and existing customers, assess their needs and close the sale.
- Work closely with McCloskey Mechanical’s Business Development, Administrative, Service & Construction Departments.
- Conducting in-person meetings with prospects as you increase our market. share by bringing these prospects on board as new clients.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attending trade shows/conferences.
- Creating a strong first impression for potential accounts.
- Becoming a trusted and reliable resource for your accounts.
- Having a lively presence on social platforms and active networking chain.
- Build business in both private and public sectors.
- Prepare service quotes based on technicians’ diagnostics.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing and lead time on equipment.
