We are looking for a HVAC Service and Installation Professionals to perform skilled work in the operation of heating and air conditioning systems and indoor air quality.

OPPORTUNITIES:
Service Department:
0-3 years’ experience - Join our team as a TIER IV Technician: $1500 Sign-On Bonus
1-3 years' Experience - Join our team as a Tier II Technician:_ $3000 Sign-On Bonus_
- Run Maintenance Calls
- Run Demand Calls on Company Installed Equipment
3-5 years’ Experience – Join our team as a TIER II Technician: $5000 Sign-On Bonus
- Run Any/All Call types
- Set Equipment Sales Leads – Earn 2.5% sales commission on sold jobs!
5+ years’ Experience – Join our team as a TIER I Technician: $7000 Sign-On Bonus
- Run Any/All Call types - Set Equipment Sales Leads – Earn 2.5% sales commission on sold jobs and earn the potential to Run leads!
- Able to Train Junior Techs
Installation Department:
0 - 3 Years - Work along side the project manager to execute HVAC projects.$3000 Sign-On Bonus
3 - 5 Years - Opportunity to manage projects alone or with an assigned installer to execute Standard HVAC projects (standard residential furnace/ac, minimal duct work, straight-forward projects). $5000 Sign-On Bonus
5+ Years - Able to project manage ANY HVAC project to include boilers, mini-splits, heat pumps, etc. $7000 Sign-On Bonus.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrate technical expertise and maintains a high level of credibility.
- Knowledge of layout and installation requirements for residential HVAC.
- Must have knowledge of current HVAC products to include thermostats and IAQ products.
- Require knowledge of local codes and permitting requirements.
- Solid communication and customer service skills.
- EPA Certification - Up to Type II minimum
- Nate Certification (preferred)
Coaching and training will be made available to all technicians to assist with their individual advancement.
Advancements will be predominately driven by each individual’s goals and independent drive to want to get to the next level.
