SWAN Home Services is currently seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians. Experience with Residential Service HVAC with consultative sales is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is someone with a positive attitude, who is motivated, punctual, professional and enthusiastic! Must have a valid CO driver's license. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, but will have on-call and weekends.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze system issues and identify appropriate course of action for repair; prepare written work cost estimates and recommendations for customers.
- Complete diagnostic troubleshooting of HVAC Systems, checking layout of existing HVAC devices and units to properly plan work procedures.; document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records.
- Complete all tasks in compliance with company safety policies, established procedures and quality standards
- Maintain truck inventory. Ensure necessary tools and equipment for each job are present.
- Participate in meetings for continuing training and development.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 + years HVAC Technician experience. Residential sales and service experience preferred.

- Excel at setting job expectations with customers
- Basic math skills are a must
- Analytical, focused on quality, and results-driven
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions

- Possess and maintain a good driving record
- EPA Universal Preferred EPA Type 2 Required
- Nate certified preferred but not required
WORK CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- The principal duties of this position are performed in a variety of environments, including customer homes, the outdoors, and field environments at development and work sites on uneven and rough terrain.
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders and balance.
- Frequent work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and temperature swings, for extended periods of time.
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Regular and repetitive grasping, gripping, reaching, bending, stooping, crouching, climbing, squatting, kneeling and working overhead.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds (e.g., machinery alarms, or alarms).
- May work in closed or cramped spaces on occasion.
