An In-Home Sales Consultant at Garage Up both estimates and manages their jobs and is ultimately responsible for every lead, customer, and project they are assigned. They are responsible for achieving the revenue targets of the location, maintaining consistent profitably, and achieving an excellent reputation within the territory among its customers. Must live in the territory to apply.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Sell residential and commercial garage renovation jobs.
- Hire and oversee subcontractors.
- Estimate projects.
- Ensure projects are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting client's needs and delivering a quality project.
- Help problem-solve with crew leads if problems arise on any project.
- Generate schedules and plans of operation for projects.
- Upsell additional services to ongoing projects/customers.
- Identify potential issues and ensure timely decisions are made.
- This role will require significant networking and building out relationships in the community with referral partners.
- Pursue strategic relationships on behalf of company (realtors, property managers, roofers, etc…)
Qualifications:
- Ability to drive sales.
- Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Traveling within Territory on a daily basis. Must have a clean driving record
- Self-motivated.
- Superb time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in the use of a personal computer/cell phone and software programs.
- Familiarity with Apple products (iPhone) and able to easily learn new software.
- Experience is not necessary, however, 2 years (or more) of B2B and B2C sales and estimating experience is preferred.
- Must live in or easily commute to the territory to apply for the Sales Manager position.
Compensation Package:
$70,000 to $110,000 (Draw + commission), Benefits, Company Vehicle
