Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple HVAC projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Foster a positive team environment, promoting high morale and strong work-life balance among team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer service-driven environment.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Pay: $73,658.00 - $91,890.00 per year
