Accurately create and assemble materials lists for projects and manages material efficiency and waste.
Conduct periodic work area inspections to confirm compliance with OSHA and Company Safety Standards, and hold Area Managers, Superintendents, and Subcontractors accountable for their performance.
Execute the scope, schedule, budget of projects.
Plans and facilities project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks.
Generate and manage RFI’s.
Attend weekly subcontractor meetings w/ GC.
Provide management info to warranty dept (Cert of Substantial Completion).
Assist with changes in order tracking log (proposed/actual/billable/non-billable).
Manage, negotiate, and QC’s job costs budgets.
Creation and issuance of Subcontract Agreements & POs to subcontractors.
Participate in the development of Site-Specific Safety Plans.
Send rough openings to the framer & GC.
Revise drawings from take-off meetings.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
