Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in each of the following departments, sales, service, and install
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all HVAC departments daily activities
- Conduct regular weekly meetings
- Be a resource of experience for on sight technicians and supervisors
- Develop maintenance schedules and implement preventative maintenance procedures
- Train and mentor junior HVAC staff members
- Manage inventory of parts and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of heating, and refrigeration systems
- Proficiency in reading schematics and conducting field service work
- Strong background in equipment repair, property maintenance, and appliance repair
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC issues
- Experience in both Residential and Commercial. New construction and boilers are a plus.
Salary is negotiable based on experience

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
