This position will provide general repair and maintenance to Flynn Group / Arby’s Restaurants within the OKC, OK market.
- Requirements: HVAC certifided/EPA Certified and must live in the Tulsa, OK area.
- Preferred: 5 years experience. Bonus: Restaurant Experience
- Competitive Pay is based on level of experience.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, installations and preventative maintenance on commercial restaurant equipment.
- Respond to service requests utilizing facilities management system in a timely manner.
- Perform basic carpentry including but not limited to flooring, ceiling tile repair/upkeep, shelving and more.
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical tasks.
- Effectively manage time and resources to control costs, enhance efficiencies and meet commitments.
- Responsible for filling out asset analysis reports for the Director of Operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Provide preventative maintenance feedback/coaching to Restaurant Management Team.
- Ability to work on call as needed.
Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in facilities repair and maintenance
- HVAC/Refrigeration certification
- Self-driven with proven ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal direct supervision.
- General knowledge of facilities management systems, site preparation and peripheral equipment installation.
- Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull and reach above and below waist.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Occasionally lifting/carrying, with or without assistance, items up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to work in damp and/or humid conditions, coolers/freezers at freezing temperatures.
- Ability to work on ladders and roofs.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must provide proof upon hire of legal status to work in the United States.

- Climbing / Rooftop work
- Inside and Outside work (exposure to extreme heat on rooftops and cold weather).
