Seeking a talented HVAC/Plumbing specialist with Journeyman-level experience to be the 7th man on a current team of 6 (1 Owner/GC, 2 Trade Leads, 3 Assistants), scheduled to begin work on a duplex on August 1. You will be provided an assistant, and teaching is encouraged. Pay is by the hour, and work schedule is flexible within an agreed upon time frame.
Applicants will be selected and retained based on trade knowledge, tools/equipment, and work ethic. Teams will be organized as necessary to best suit the overall operation in an efficient manner.
The general ethos is to stick with what works and fix what doesn't.
