Responsibilities:
- Provide field service for appliance repairs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues, utilizing knowledge of mechanical systems and schematics.
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, ensuring proper functionality.
- Drive a company van to customer locations for service appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including parts used and work performed.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a service technician, preferably in appliance repair.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various appliances, such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, and stoves.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
