Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and Servicing HVAC systems
- Maintaining tools, supplies, and equipment
- Performing preventive maintenance on equipment
- Following all safety requirements
- Maintaining expenses through planned courses of action
- Keeping appropriate records
- Maintaining professional appearance
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of HVAC service mechanic experience
- EPA Universal Certification a Plus
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and equipment
- Valid DMV license
- Excellent communication skills
- Present self in a professional manner
- Strong attention to detail
