The HVAC Tech will have a strong skillset combined with a heart for service. As a team member you will complete troubleshooting on HVAC units to include checking for proper supply voltage, checking fuses, belts, dirty coils, rotation of equipment. Completes minor repairs/replacements to residential type HVAC parts to include fan motors, capacitors, pump coupling, belts. You will also find time to build relationships. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in our commitment to excellent care
- Maintain all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition on a daily basis
- Be responsible for prioritizing daily work through work order requests and radio calls in a timely manner.
- Perform requested maintenance of all HVAC equipment, refrigeration equipment, etc. as necessary.
- Perform all necessary scheduled preventive maintenance procedures on designated equipment while following manufacturer's recommendations
- Treats all members with courtesy and respect at all times.
Required:
- Two or more years of HVAC repair & maintenance
- Knowledge of boilers, compressors, and air conditioning, as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
- Working knowledge of boilers & hot water heaters
- Can work independently or with a team
