Geary Pacific Supply, a distributor of Heating, Ventilation & AC (HVAC) products, seeks an experienced HVAC Product Manager with expertise in classroom style training on specifically Daikin brand of VRV/Ductless/MiniSplit products.
Location: This position will sit in one of the following Geary Pacific branch locations: Portland, Oregon, Fife, Washington, Denver, Colorado, Sacramento, California.
Salary: $80K-100K, negotiable based on experience

Geary Pacific Supply seeks an experienced Product Manager with expert level technical knowledge of VRV/Ductless/Minisplit products, plus a minimum of 5 years' of classroom style training to contractors on how to install and troubleshoot VRV/Ductless systems. This role will also collaborate with Geary Pacific's regional sales managers, territory sales managers, and customer service representatives on our residential and light commercial VRV and Ductless products through all of our locations in CA, OR, WA, CO, and ID. The successful candidate will bring a customer service-focused approach, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and always demonstrate excellent communication and professionalism.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage our VRV & Ductless product application training.
- Collaborate with our Regional Sales Managers and Territory Sales Managers to generate business through product application training.
- Ensure every branch consistently meets or exceeds all goals and objectives set for the equipment product group.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Expert level of Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning product knowledge
- 5 years or more of instructing and training HVAC Contractors on (Daikin) VRV/Ductless products, in a classroom style setting.
- Solid understanding of HVAC contractors and their businesses
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Ability and willingness to travel 50-70% domestically
- Willing and able to work in the office when not traveling (no remote)
- Work effectively with minimum supervision
- Organized with a high sense of urgency
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smart Phones, Tablets, etc.
- CRM and ERP proficiency
