## Overview

*EQUITY OWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY* Seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor with 15+ years of HVAC experience to join our team (equity ownership available depending on experience and commitment). The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of HVAC technicians, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery, and provide the upmost quality to clients existing and new.

Will provide monthly updates to partner and work hand in hand in growing the business into next phase of lifecycle.

## Duties

- Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians in daily operations

- Set growth strategy and execute in place

- Design, install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems

- Inspect HVAC systems and equipment to identify maintenance needs

- Coordinate with clients to schedule service appointments and resolve issues promptly

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

- Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and equipment

## Requirements

- Proven experience in HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration, and appliance repair (minimum 15 years)

- Strong knowledge of field service operations and ammonia refrigeration systems

- Ability to read and interpret schematics for equipment repair

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Hands-on experience in building, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems

Pay: $75,500.00 - $90,500.00 per year
