POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Commercial Air Duct Project Manager to oversee, manage projects and train personnel in air duct cleaning at our Divisions and Franchise locations for commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, project management, and team leadership. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Director of HVAC Cleaning & Project Management will be responsible for quality assurance, productivity accountability, project financials, document control, procurement, submittals and change orders. Performing all essential functions and responsibilities to ensure that expected levels of profitability, quality and safety are obtained, including bids, schedule, and coordinate all processes from the project acquisition stage through final completion.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Oversee contract processing from negotiation through execution, including change order processing
· Conduct site assessments to determine project scope and requirements for commercial properties.
· Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their commercial spaces.
· Assist sales teams with training, bidding, and communication in all aspects of Commercial Air Duct Cleaning
· Prepare, submit and follow up on contracts
· Plan, coordinate, and oversee commercial air duct cleaning projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
· Coordinate and supervise the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment
· Schedule and monitor all activities of manpower, including worker productivity and safety
· Provide training and support of Air Duct Cleaning operations staff
· Reviews weekly job reports to ensure that all costs are within budget guidelines, and production remains on schedule
· Recommend adjustments to budgets, schedules, and implement change orders when necessary
· Review and approve monthly job billing, assist in collection of past due accounts
· Communicate with on-site supervisors, Builders/Owners, and appropriate departments regarding production, material, and manpower needs and changes
· Follow all safety procedures on the jobsite and the assigned office
· Travel to different jobsites throughout the US as directed by management
· Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes
· Lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians and subcontractors.
· Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.
· Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician and/or air duct cleaning specialist.
- Previous experience in a training or instructional role is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, air duct cleaning techniques, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- NADCA and/or HVAC industry certification is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Travel to national conventions on occasion
