Key Responsibilities:
- Process subcontracts and related change orders to subcontracts
- Prepare purchase orders for approval
- Input and maintain up to date RFI, ASI, and CO logs for review by the Operations Manager and/or Project Manager
- Create and maintain up to date Submittal logs for review by the Operations Manager and/or Project Manager
- Update and distribute subcontract/PO status logs.
- Maintenance of subcontract files. Verify files are complete, procure documents missing, and assist Project Managers in getting those documents
- Attend turnover meetings for all projects to ensure operations understand all requirements of projects.
- Prepare O&M manuals for all jobs
- Complete bid documents for new bids
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in Commercial HVAC and Plumbing.
- Strong understanding of both HVAC and Plumbing systems.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe or Bluebeam, and computer-based scheduling systems such as MS Project.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
