Anytime Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is currently seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join the team. - Total annual income ranging from $80K-$130K
- Top Hourly Pay Base – $28-$34 an hour (based on experience level) with O.T. plus strong commission incentives
- Dispatched from your home directly to job sites (not required to report to an office every day)

Three Shifts Available (First Come First Serve!)
- Shift A- Tuesday-Saturday (Sun & Mon off) 8am to 5pm
- Shift B- Monday-Friday (Sat & Sun off) 12pm to 8pm
- Shift C- Monday-Friday (Sat & Sun off) 8am to 5pm
Compensation Plan
- Weekly commission that is tiered by percentage - based on weekly billing amounts (2%-5% bonus on the amount you bill weekly)
- No payroll hours deducted for lunch daily (our guys get paid 2.5-5 hours more per week than other companies)
- Commissions paid WEEKLY, every Friday
- Monthly service competitions to earn more bonus money or PTO
- 3% Commission for HVAC or plumbing equipment leads sales that sell
- Paid $5 for every 5-star review
- $50 commission for each equipment replacement lead (whether the job sells or not)
- 5% Commission for plumbing equipment sales (water heaters or tankless water heaters)
- $15-$25 Commission for each maintenance agreement sold
- $50-$100 weekly bonus for selling 5-10 PMA’s weekly
- $5000 Bonus for each 5 years of employment
- Christmas Bonus plan (1% of gross income)
Skills/Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' service tech experience
- Capable of troubleshooting split systems
- Capable of troubleshooting light commercial systems
- Strong track record effectively providing leads for replacements when truly necessary and the right thing to do for the customer
- Clean driving record and background examination
- Has all personal tools (company provides large tools, vehicle, phone, tool account)
- Must be proficient with smartphone, email, etc.
- EPA Certified, required
- Heat Exchanger Certified, preferred
- NATE Certified, preferred
