Position Purpose:
The National FacilitesManager will oversee and manage the planned and reactive maintenance processes and systems for all US sites, supporting the operations team to ensure that the venues deliver high quality standards aesthetically and functionally. Supporting the sustainability and climate action goals,the Facilities Manager will drive carbon footprint reduction initiatives within the property division. The role will be office and field based.
Position Responsibilities:
Implement and be responsible for an effective reactive management CAFMsystem
Manage and plan the annual capital maintenancebudget
Oversee quoted works required following reactivecallouts
Manage the PPM schedule ensuring full compliance with fire and Health & Safetyregulations
Work with and assess vendors and contractors to ensure safe, cost effective and timely deliveryof alljobs
Support the sustainability program to ensure maximum energy and operationalefficiencies
Support the venue team and carry out venue visits as required do internal audits, checkcompleted works and continually identify and assess required works through tocompletion
Identifying trends in maintenance activity and spend and provide long termsolutions
Adopting a proactive approach to explore industry improvements and innovation in technology andtechniques
Maintain up to date asset lists of all equipment in thebusiness
Workwith finance team to ensure all invoices and terms of payment are scheduledaccordingly
Workwith IT department to ensure smooth transition between IT/ tech requirements with property fabric and electricalservices
Prioritize and own the resolution ofbusiness-criticalcalloutsminimizingdisruption totrade
Provide out of hours support when required in emergencysituations
Conduct any internal team training whererequired
Assist with larger capex projects and new sitehandovers
Requirements & Minimum Qualifications
Be an action orientated,self-starterand collaborator who develops positive working relationships at alllevels
Have proven experience in property management for a minimum of 2 years ideally from a hospitalitybrand
FM related qualificationpreferred
Have an in depth understanding of HVAC systems, kitchen equipment and buildingservices
Possess exceptional communication and managementskills
Canlead within a fast-paced environment and deliver amidst demandingtimelines
Be an excellent problem solverwith the ability toanalyzecomplex business requirements and translate them into technicalsolutions
Canhave fun and showcase that fun personalitywhile being highly organized, with impeccable attention todetail
Be able to actively demonstrate and encourage the State of Play leadershipprinciples
