Looking for a marketing coordinator who will focus on email, social and text message marketing at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.
Undefeated Tribe is an official franchise of Crunch Fitness based in Austin, TX. The Undefeated Tribe is expanding the Crunch Fitness brand across Texas and Oklahoma over the next two years and will be inviting over 500 individuals to join their team to help their community experience fitness, wellness, relaxation, and recovery.

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on email, social and text message marketing, with a passion for crafting compelling campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. This role involves coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and executing programs to support field operations.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage email, social and text message marketing campaigns to promote programs across open clubs, new clubs and the fitness vertical.
- Create compelling and targeted content for email and text message marketing, including copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.
- A/B test various elements of campaigns, including subject lines, content, and send times, to optimize performance.
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram through Emplifi.
- Assist with development of creative assets and social media content.
- Support the marketing team with local store programs and promotions across the company.
- Support field operations with POP assets and promotional procurement.
- Responsible for contacting and closing Corporate Wellness Partners.
- Contribute to the company’s overall success through effective project and time management.
- Partner with all organizational departments to best support programs through marketing alignment.
- Support new store opening events.
Required Skills & Experience
- Preferred minimum 2 years in marketing experience
- Experience in setting up and optimizing social, text and email campaigns
- Experience with social media management platforms
- Experience with HubSpot or other email marketing platform
- Expert in organization and project management

Physical Requirements
- Requires extended use of computer and peripheral equipment.
- Prolonged stints of sitting working in an office/home office environment.
- Must be able to drive for extended periods of time as needed.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required
