Position available: Recruitment Consultant & Customer Support
The core responsibility of this role is to interview, screen, and onboard new substitute teachers. You’ll interview ~5 new substitutes each day, screen them, collect documents, and activate those that successfully pass.
Outside of recruitment you’ll assist with customer support, fielding tickets from both schools and substitutes to support them in their day to day activities. Those successful in this role will likely grow into account management and/or sales roles with higher earning potential.
Those with experience in teaching, HR, recruiting, or sales are great, but we are open to most backgrounds including recent graduates. To us, attitude is just as important as experience. Details & Qualifications:
- Full-time + position. 5 days per week.
- Should be interested in making a minimum 2+ year commitment.
- Casual work attire
- Must be willing to work 2 early or late shifts each week (5a-2p) or (10a-7p)
Responsibilities/requirements, including but not limited to:
- Full recruiting cycle including: initial contact, interviewing, and screening
- Teacher candidates will be provided for you
- Be ready to quickly become an expert in private and public education staffing
- Report to your team leader regarding weekly/monthly production and progress
- Capable of using sophisticated applicant tracking software (will train)
- Comfortable with windows OS, Microsoft office suite and can type quickly
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Highly productive and focused
Compensation:
- Base salary + monthly commission. We expect you to earn $45K - $60K first year with growth potential to $80K+ over 2-3 years.
