Requirements

- Ability to upsell products and services

- Prior experience in sales and phone etiquette
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks effectively
What you will be doing:
● Respond to all service-related customer inquiries by utilizing information learned during training and leveraging resources available through people, customer records, and knowledge management systems.
● Identify customer needs to ensure the customer is provided complete and accurate information.
● Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner.
● Provide support to other positions/operations in cases if needed
