Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Handle in-store customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage inventory and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Complete sales transactions and customer checkout
CSR Requirements:
- Can start immediately in Austin, TX
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- HS Diploma
