Job Summary
As the Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation, you will report directly to the CEO and join a tight-knit team as the first in-house marketer, and your work will have a direct impact on the growth and success of the company. The role is challenging, fast-paced and rewarding. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our customers and cofounders to help achieve our goals, test new ideas and build out our marketing division from the ground up. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, creative and obsessed with building pipeline and top-of-funnel regardless of channel. This opportunity is extremely unique as it involves both digital and field marketing, and you’ll oversee all aspects of the marketing department including brand, social, web, content, PR, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Build top-of-funnel pipeline using digital and field channels
- Lead all aspects of the marketing department, including web, social, SEO
- Work closely with team to build out messaging, benefits and value propositions
- Test and measure messaging and channels for effectiveness
- Speak with existing customers to gather feedback and insights
- Source, manage and execute on alliance/strategic partnerships
- Work closely with sales team to develop messaging for targeted outreach
- Setup and track marketing analytics, performance & ROI
- Perform and present market research
- Work closely with leadership to test demand for product expansion opportunities
- Keep documentation up to date
- Become an expert in PALTC industry operations and revenue cycle management with a desire to continue learning and improving
Desired Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of Demand Generation Marketing capacity, preferable for a Seed/Series-A stage startup
- Proven track record of successfully building top of funnel pipeline with MQLs with strong conversion metrics from MQL to SQL/SALs
- Healthcare technology / revenue cycle management experience
- Post-Acute Long-Term Care industry experience a major plus
- Entrepreneurial, fast-learner, creative, self-starter
- Ability to remain highly organized in a startup environment
