The primary purpose of this position is to service and repair grocery refrigeration and HVAC systems. Additional responsibilities may include but not be limited to; predictive and preventive maintenance. This position is field based, requires travel within the region, and weekend on-call rotations. One position for each of the following regions will be filled, North Shore, Lafayette/Lake Charles, and New Orleans regions.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Respond within defined service levels to refrigeration and HVAC problem calls

· Resolve/repair system failures efficiently and effectively as assigned

· Perform predictive and/or preventive maintenance as assigned

· Update work order status accurately and timely throughout the day

· Manage time daily and weekly to maximize productivity

· Order parts and materials as needed to repair and/or maintain systems

· Maintain timely and accurate documentation related to the job including loss reports, time sheets, inventory transfer sheets, and/or any other form of documentation for compliance

· Upkeep of assigned service vehicle’s scheduled maintenance, organization and cleanliness

· Maintain company provided tools

Qualifications:

· Refrigeration - theory and repair

· HVAC - theory and repair

· Store Building Controls – Emerson and/or Danfoss

· EPA Regulations & Compliance

· HVAC-R system start up, shut down and commissioning

· Energy Management Systems

· Customer Service

· Verbal and Written Communication

· Computer skills with emphasis on email, completing online templates, and work orders
