Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative with excellent customer service skills to join our team.
Duties:
· Answer incoming calls promptly and provide accurate information to customers
· Perform accurate data entry of called in and online orders into our POS
· Maintain detailed knowledge of menus for two locations
· Perform outbound calls to customers to seek additional business
· Provide written quotes to customers
· Communicate effectively with third-party provider
· Assist with administrative duties as needed
· Work with the catering team to ensure accuracy of orders, particularly special requests
Qualifications:
· Experience in customer service
· Strong clerical skills and attention to detail
· Proficiency in computerized systems and office software
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proven ability to work well in a team environment
