Your New Role
As the HVAC Installation Manager, you’ll:
- Supervise, train, and support installation personnel, driving team efficiency and excellence
- Ensure top-quality customer service, oversee job staging, equipment coordination, and job inspections
- Lead hiring and training efforts for new employees, provide ongoing training, and resolve customer issues swiftly
- Monitor installer performance, manage payroll, and ensure daily revenue and productivity goals are met
- Analyze job expenses, maintain vehicle operations, and act as the bridge between your team and our vendors

Job requirements
- 2-3 years of HVAC technical field experience, specifically in HVAC installation (residential and some commercial)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with WrightSoft, load calculations, and estimator tools is a plus
- Certifications: EPA certification and TDLR license
- Valid Driver’s License: Clear driving record required
- Skills: Strong communication, team leadership, and customer issue resolution abilities
- Authorized to work in the US
- Character: Proactive and drug-free, insurable under the company’s carrier
