We are looking to fill our HVAC Install Supervisor position for our ADDON/REPLACEMENT/CHANGEOUT department as soon as possible. Employee would be given a company vehicle and
would be in charge of said jobsites from start to finish in order to install any and all components for a new heating and cooling system. Employee would also be given a helper to assist in any and all tasks to finish each and every jobsite in a timely manner.

Requirement
- Proven experience as an HVAC installer on the ADDON/REPLACEMENT/CHANGEOUT department, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in residential installations
- Supervisor experience PREFERRED
- Ability to manage a team of installers and technicians along side with assigning task, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that team members are working efficiently and effectively
- Demonstrate leadership abilities, with experience in coordinating all aspects of installation
- Involved in project planning, including scheduling installations, allocating resources and coordinating with other departments or contractors as needed.
- Responsible for ensuring that installations meet quality standards and customer expectations. Conduct inspections, address any issues or concerns, and ensure that customers are satisfied with the work.
- Ability to provide on the job training and mentorship where need be while also overseeing training programs and professional development initiatives for the entire installation team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, installation techniques along with strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Detailed-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction ensuring installations exceed customers expectations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills/critical thinking, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues on-site
- Experience with commissioning and startup of HVAC systems, including testing and balancing
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with customers/team members and also maintaining a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and in company vehicles.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, demonstrate responsibility and safe driving habits while operating company vehicles to and from job sites.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work from ladders as needed for installation tasks with safety in mind

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
