Andy Lewis Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Field Supervisor to join our growing team. This position works alongside our Service Manger to help oversee our Service Department and is responsible for ongoing technician education, technical training, department safety, customer support and upholding our high reputation in the community.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
· Manage training program for Maintenance and Service Technicians
· Deal with customer needs and satisfaction
· Assess and create training plans for all technicians and document progress
· Complete periodic checks on Service Department tools and safety equipment to ensure safe operating condition
· Ability to continue training and educating yourself on new concepts and products
· Conduct job site survey, and inspections
· Perform timely and quality repairs in resolving customer complaints
Job Requirements:
· Experience on start-up and servicing of communicating, two stage and invertor equipment
· Proven track record in HVAC
· Proven customer satisfaction record
· Good understanding of current technology ie: (iPhone, iPads, mobile apps for vendors and manufactures)
· Outstanding problem-solving skills
· Professional and Positive attitude
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· EPA Certification Required
· NATE Certification is a plus
· Minimum 5 years of HVAC field experience
· Minimum 3 years of HVAC training experience
· Must pass background check and have a clean driving record
