Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Sales Manager to lead our sales team and continue to drive growth in our commercial HVAC division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HVAC sales, with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the commercial HVAC systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, expanding our client base, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the commercial HVAC sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the commercial HVAC sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, including property managers, building owners, contractors, and facility managers.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing sales.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Experience in commercial HVAC sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Deep understanding of commercial HVAC systems, products, and services.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driver's license.
