*Job Summary*

We are seeking an experienced HVAC APM (Assistant Project Manager) to assist the project manager with HVAC projects, ensuring their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC and Plumbing systems. Candidate must be a US Citizen and able to pass background checks for access to Federal Facilities. Familiarity of working on and with Federal Institutions.

*Responsibilities*

- Coordinate HVAC and Plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance projects

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans

- Oversee project coordination with contractors and vendors

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

*Requirements*

- Proven experience in HVAC and Plumbing systems, installation, maintenance, and repair

- Knowledge of project management principles

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately

- Able to put together submittals and data for equipment and materials

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

This position offers a competitive salary based on experience level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
