For the role of HVAC Maintenance Technician we offer full-time hours with overtime opportunities, year-round employment, and benefits including paid vacation, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, accident, short-term disability insurance, and a 401k with matching company funds.
Requirements:
1. 1+years Residential HVAC maintenance technician experience.
2. EPA Certification required or can be obtained within the first 180 days; NATE certification a plus.
3. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English, fluency in a 2nd language a plus.
4. High School Diploma or equivalent.
5. Driver’s License and clean driving record- must meet insurance underwriting requirements.
6. Clean background- must be able to pass a background screening.
7. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted or 100 pounds team lifting.
8. Ability to access and work in attics and crawl spaces, ability to work in hot or cold environments. 9. Participate in on-call rotation, approximately 4- 6 times a year.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
