We are Comfy Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. We're growing rapidly and looking for talented individuals to join our team. We are looking for Lead "Residential HVAC Installers". Must have experience, be clean cut have clean driving record, pass criminal background check. Must also own reliable transportation ( work Vehicle provided) and own HVAC related trade hand tools.
As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for furnace and A/C installs, change-outs as well as "cut in" type installs and Ductless Minisplits. Must have advanced understanding of Heating and Air conditioning theory, Modulating systems, Communicating systems as well as air distribution theory and be able to complete most types of residential install unsupervised. You will be responsible for the project, working with your Install Teammates to deliver a great job on time and ready to pass Third party Verification (HERS) Test as well as city inspection.
Ideal candidate must have at least 2-3 years of residential experience and have a positive,"Can-Do"attitude and want to learn and grow.Must be a leader and willing to teach others on the job site.
