Requirements:
* Proof of five years of solo lead Residential HVAC installation experience.
* The ability to install a new residential furnace, AC, mini-splits or heat pump as the lead person without guidance.
* The ability to direct job helpers.
* Your own hand tools and a tool bag.
* The ability to lift 50 pounds safely
* Proof of a clean driving record (No DUIs in 5 years)
* The ability to pass an employment background check
* Aptitude to pass a basic math test
