This position requires the ability, knowledge and experience to complete HVAC change outs and installations on residential properties. We are looking for someone who can lead a team of other installers to complete the projects properly and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Must have a positive attitude!
Neat, clean, professional appearance
5 or more years local experience in replacing/installing residential hvac equipment and duct systems in Florida
Able to perform start-ups and perform diagnostics if necessary
Has hand tools and some battery operated tools
Ability to communicate effectively
ON TIME
Self motivated
Willingness to learn
Leadership qualities
Enjoys team atmosphere
Reliable transportation to the office
Able to lift 75lbs consistently
Able to work in attics and crawl spaces
Clean driving record
Pass background check
Able to work late nights and weekends when needed
Overall can do attitude with a customer service mind
