Job Summary of the Plumber - Service Plumber:
Seeking experienced Residential Service Plumber to do retail service work in Hillsborough and Pasco county areas. Also seeking plumber to do warranty repair work. Must have your own tools and a good driving record.
Responsibilities of the Plumber - Residential Plumber :
- Reporting to the office each day to receive job for the day
- Load plumbing materials to complete task
- Complete rough-in, 2nd rough or trim out; whichever task is assigned
- Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes
- Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
- Installs pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids
- Interprets blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials
Skills of the Plumber - Residential Plumber :
- Plumbing experience in new residential construction in any phase
- Organized
- Self motivated
- Mechanical and Technical Skills
- Physical Stamina and Strength
- Excellent Trouble-Shooting Ability
