HVAC Install Coordinator
Positions Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt (Hourly) position that is eligible for overtime. This position is eligible for bonuses/commissions based on performance.
Job Summary:
The Install Coordinator plays a critical role in our organization and is responsible for various tasks, such as scheduling, payment management, communication with crews/subcontractors, and record keeping.

- Scheduling:
- Site evaluations.
- Installations.
- Sub-contractors.
- Track payment collections.
- Input received payments.
- Update customer invoices.
- Communication:
- Act as the sole point of contact for the installation crews/subcontractors.
- Ensure Installation crews/subcontractors have updated customer information.
- Respond professionally and in a timely manner to calls and emails.
- Monitor partially completed jobs and work with Program Manager’s to move jobs to completion.
- Effectively handle escalated customer concerns.
- Ensure jobs are entered into Salesforce as complete when they are done.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency working with MS Office
- Proficiency working with Salesforce
- Position requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English

Additional Information:
- Supervisory Responsibilities: This is an individual contributor position with no supervisory responsibilities.
- Work Environment May include one of the following based on location and business needs:
- Office Environment: This position is primarily based in an open office environment with typical office conditions.
- Warehouse Environment: This position is based in a warehouse, which serves as a base for many of our operations and includes equipment and material storage areas.
- Hybrid position: This position is a flexible work model that combines remote and on-site work. When working remotely, the employee is required to have a workspace free of distraction during work hours to perform job duties.
- Remote position: This position is in the employee’s residence and requires the employee to have a workspace free of distraction during work hours to perform job duties.
- Physical Demands:
- Requires sitting at a desk for long periods of time, performing tasks on a computer, the ability to move within the office to attend meetings, access equipment, or interact with colleagues.
- This job may require travel in a personal or company-provided vehicle.
