McCullough Heating & Air Conditioning (“McCullough”) is a longstanding, successful Austin-based residential HVAC contractor that is expanding its business into new areas. We are seeking an experienced and capable industry manager to join us as General Manager to lead the opening and operation of a residential HVAC service and replacement business in the Cedar Park, Texas area.

Requirements:
- Solid residential HVAC service and replacement business experience managing one or more teams of residential HVAC professionals.
- Excellent technical experience / knowledge and first-hand experience with customer service, installation, service, and sales.
- A fundamental need to do quality work and treat customers and team members right; the way you would want to be treated.
- Coachability, common sense, drive, grit, and integrity.
- Fundamental math, analytic, and communication skills needed to plan and operate a dynamic, fast-growing business.
- Current Texas Air Conditioning Contractors license with environmental endorsement or ability to obtain one.
- Experience with industry-specific CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Clean background and driving record.
- Physical and mental ability needed to perform all jobs in a residential HVAC service and replacement business.
- Prior business financial management experience and knowledge of financial reports a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills; Spanish language skills a plus.
