SENIOR COMMERCIAL HVAC PROJECT MANAGER
Airco Mechanical, a leader in the commercial mechanical, electric and plumbing industries is now accepting resumes for the position of Senior Commercial HVAC Project Manager. Responsibilities:
- General Contract and Subcontract administration
- Scheduling, logistics and procurement of equipment and materials
- Shop drawing and submittal review and coordination
- Project cost review, reporting, updating and accounting
- Review of subcontractor and vendor applications for payment
- Participation in and documentation of project coordination meetings
- Coordination of subcontractors’ field installations
- Review and negotiate change proposal pricing with subs, vendors and subcontractors
- Research and suggest options on construction means, methods and timelines
- Problem solving and conflict resolution
- Quality control & Project closeout
Requirements:
- 10+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office; Bluebeam & Navis experience are a plus
- Must possess a valid unrestricted Driver's License and a reliable vehicle

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
