A multi-family property management company is looking full-time experienced Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities in the Laurel area.
This position is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the HVAC systems within the community. This includes troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and installing units. HVAC Technicians must demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of both conceptual and practical application. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Completion of HVAC related resident work orders, emergency on-call maintenance after hours, regular scheduled preventative HVAC maintenance, follow safety procedures while performing duties, other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Completion of HVAC certification courses
- Should have electrical and appliance repair skills
- HVAC & CFC certification a required
- Ability to handle all of the physical demands of the positions, including ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs
- Basic English language proficiency in reading and writing required
- Spanish preferred
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Reliable transportation

Compensation: Commensurate with Experience
