Job Summary
Dispatchers are given the task of receiving inbound phone calls from potential customers for concerns and bookings for our various locksmith services. You’ll serve as a customer service agent collaborating between customers and our locksmiths. The responsibility falls on you to treat our customers courteously and promptly send a lock technician to their location in just half an hour, as advertised by Austin Car Key Pros. Keep in mind that we’re looking for dispatchers that are able to work at the very least 20 hours per week with 6-hour shifts at our office in Austin, TX.
Requirements
If you feel that you are able to undertake each of the responsibilities mentioned previously, make sure you hold the subsequent credentials too before applying:
- computer-literate
- US citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa
- English fluency – preference for bilingual speakers
- call center experience
- high school graduate or GED certification
- remarkable interpersonal skills (meaning you are well-mannered and courteous)
Remuneration
Dispatcher/Customer service agent earnings provided by Austin Car Key Pros are competitive and commensurate with working experience. We offer bonuses and promotion possibilities as well.
