Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Houston. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and a talent for customer service, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various HVAC systems.
- Conduct sales presentations and consultations to educate customers about HVAC products and services.
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades and energy-efficient solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare and present accurate estimates and proposals for HVAC installations and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and sales.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in HVAC preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service.
- Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and provide outstanding customer service.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
