- 5+ years in HVAC maintenance & repairs experience
- Commercial HVAC Experience required
- Diagnostic, Service, and Maintenance Experience required
- Hydronics Air Cooled Chiller Experience

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing Commercial HVAC systems
- Commercial HVAC systems including DX & Water Source Heat Pumps, Split Systems (up to 100 tons), Packaged RTUs, Water-Cooled Self-Contained Units with VFDs, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Exhaust Fans, and DDC Navigation
- Check layout of existing heat devices and air conditioning units to plan work procedures.
- Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics
