- Conduct cleaning, adjustments, repairs, and warranty services to ensure optimal system performance.
- Identify maintenance risks and implement effective solutions while responding swiftly to emergency service calls.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to ensure high standards across all services.
- Keep detailed daily logs of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with appliance standards and OSHA regulations.
- Earn $59,000–$84,000 yearly, plus on average an extra $500 each month based on team performance.
