Job Summary
CMS is a family owned business specializing in industrial cleaning and maintenance within manufacturing facilities. We provide our services to several food manufacturing facilities and are looking for a few good people to join our team. The position consists of servicing, repairing and cleaning HVAC equipment within the facilities.
Essential Functions
- Clean Coils and change filters in Industrial Plant setting
- Maintain heat wagons in the Winter months
- Maintain Window Units as needed
- Perform some service on units if requested
- Must be able to work independently
- Must have time management skills and be able to perform tasks within an allotted amount of time
- Must be punctual and adhere to daily schedule
- Observe and follow all CGMP’s
- Perform other duties assigned to you as needed.
Skills and Qualification
- Must be 18 years +
- Must have a valid driver license or reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and back ground check
- 5+ years experience with commercial HVAC units
- EPA Universal Certification
- R-410A Certification
- R22 Certification
Physical Demands: The physical demands required for this position are representative of those that must be met for the employee to be successful and perform essential functions of this job.
While preforming the daily tasks the employee is regularly required to:
- Use hands and fingers for long periods
- Reach with hands and arms
- Frequently walk, stoop, climb (ladders and stairs) and stand for long periods of time
- The employee may be asked to lift objects up to 50 lbs. (not a frequent task).
- Must be able to train and operate all necessary equipment needed to complete daily tasks
- Work in an industrial environment where dust and strong odors may be present
- Frequently work outside under various weather conditions
Position and Expected Hours
- Full time position
- No travel (1 site only)
- 40+ hours per week
Pay and Benefits
- Pay starts at $32.00-$35.00 per hour based on experience
- Benefits after 90 days include: 3 paid sick days, and vision/dental/health Insurance
- Vacation available after 1 year of employment
- 401k available after 1 year of employment
Education
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
